Carter Dean practices in the areas of municipal utility district, real estate development, and municipality law. He represents developers and landowners in connection with the creation and administration of municipal utility districts and other special districts. Carter also serves as general counsel to municipal utility districts and other special districts throughout Texas.
Mark Macmurdo‘s practice focuses on real estate, finance, and business law transactions. He represents clients by assisting with the acquisition, sale, development, financing, operation, and leasing of a wide range of real estate projects. Mark also advises businesses on general commercial transactions, corporate organization and governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
